Starting this January, we’re launching 5 fitness sessions across Hull that welcome women of all ages and abilities to join us for just £2.20 a time! A saving of nearly 50% compared to your leisure centre pricing.
Our 5 sessions are designed to be either Circuit Fitness or Dance Fitness, both of which are tailored to help you increase your heart rate, tone muscle and improve your overall fitness levels. Don’t think you need to be in fantastic form, thanks to our friendly community atmosphere you’re free to tackle the classes at your own pace.
